Cairo and Giza: 2–3 business days. Alexandria, Mansoura and Tanta: 3–5 business days. Other governorates: 5–7 business days. Same-day and next-day delivery are available in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria.
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available everywhere in Egypt. We also accept credit and debit cards and mobile wallets at checkout.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email. You can also track it anytime from your account.
Sealed, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances can't be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for a refund or replacement.
