You may return sealed, unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened gift sets
  • Damaged items (always – no time limit)
  • Wrong items received

  • Opened or used perfumes (hygiene reasons)
  • Discovery sets and samples (already opened)
  • Personalized or engraved items
